Germany compensates the families of partisans

DECISION OF THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT, THE ALBANIAN RED CROSS REGISTERS NAMES AND DISTRIBUTES AID For the Albanian families of victims and those interned during the National Liberation War, the German government has allocated 4.4 million marks. The main beneficiaries of this aid, after the selection process is completed, will be the families of members of the Second World Movement who were killed by Nazi persecutors. Afterwards, the beneficiaries will also include the relatives of Jews who lived in Albania, as well as the families deported to internment camps. A considerable number of them were killed in Nazi camps. This aid is granted to the relatives of people who were executed outside Albania as prisoners of war by the Nazis. Meanwhile, regarding the registration of the names of persons who may benefit from this sum, an agreement has been reached between the Albanian Red Cross and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The official in charge of the relevant office at the Red Cross, who deals exclusively with this issue, informed me that the head of the family may present himself and claim the appropriate aid only on the basis of documents proving his internment or aid in Albania during the Second World War. EDITORIAL There is no doubt that, in the overall scope of this war, sealed with an official date, the “peaceful force,” covered in insults, cunning and slyness, seems to curse the weather of unrest somewhere from one era and one government. The present government, with its continuity and unacceptable style of leadership, was replaced by the government. Perhaps we remember nostalgically the time of not being—something that may also have been true. But it is of no use at all to move on to other matters that do not solve it. That was also the case here—something completely given over to misfortune, painted, slandered, played out and presented with lyricism. And yet—there is all the more room for the Albanian government of insults. NSH-I is a mill, perhaps with reflection. Bubar should work separately for years where it happens, when we were—there seems to have been a SHSH-I government? What kind of HSH-I? Or we found, at the end of the search, the last words of this power. Nevertheless, the thread, in the language of notes and state days? On page 3

Poliçan, the politicians held hostage

DOSSIER Poliçan, loved with the same passion that is felt in the village, lost somewhere in southern Albania, nestled among the mountains and without asphalt, closed off and without hope, is held hostage by political promises that promise but never come. Its residents are used to endless waiting and constant disappointment. Poliçan, loved with the same passion that is felt in the village, lost somewhere in southern Albania, nestled among the mountains and without asphalt, closed off and without hope, is held hostage by political promises that promise but never come. Its residents live in great isolation, while politicians remember it only on the eve of election campaigns. Schools are poor, roads are broken, and electricity comes and goes according to the mood of the weather and local власти. On page 3
